As ações de promoção do Destino Alagoas no mercado europeu começaram a ser intensificadas a partir deste mês de janeiro. Na sua primeira participação do ano em um evento internacional, a Feira de Turismo de Madri 2020 (Fitur), o Governo do Estado apresentou o destino como polo emissor estratégico para a Europa, além de consolidar a divulgação do voo inédito Maceió-Lisboa, em parceria com a TAP para importantes players do segmento de todo o mundo.

Junto ao lançamento do novo material de marketing da campanha Alagoas Te Faz Feliz, agora disponível nos idiomas português, espanhol, italiano e inglês, a atuação de Alagoas na feira foi marcada por uma programação intensa de reuniões com a hotelaria, as companhias aéreas e os agentes de viagem. Ainda durante o evento, o secretário de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo, Rafael Brito, conduziu um encontro, em conjunto com a TAP, para o alinhamento das atividades de promoção do destino com profissionais das principais operadoras portuguesas e espanholas, maiores mercados emissores europeus do Estado, que serão realizadas ainda no primeiro semestre deste ano.

Entre os mais de 250 mil participantes que circularam pela Fitur, o diretor comercial geral da operadora espanhola Viajes Brasil, Francisco Gómez, salientou os impactos gerados pela redução da violência no aumento significativo das buscas por Alagoas pelos turistas estrangeiros. No mercado há mais de 35 anos, ele sentiu as transformações promovidas pelo investimento do Governo do Estado em segurança pública refletidos diretamente nas vendas.

“Conheci Alagoas em uma das primeiras viagens que fiz e me pareceu um lugar fantástico, com uma orla e capital maravilhosas. É verdade que, desde então, seguimos promovendo o destino, mas, lamentavelmente, o que ocorreu foi um problema com a insegurança que acabou afetando na sua promoção. Mas, felizmente, nos últimos anos, depois de viajar continuamente ao Brasil, o que temos tido é uma experiência muito diferente e, sem dúvida, comprovado que o tema da violência ficou de vez para trás”, afirma Francisco Gomes.

Realizada dos dias 22 a 26 de janeiro, na cidade de Madri, a Feira Internacional de Turismo promete reunir mais de 250 mil participantes entre agentes de viagens, hoteleiros e operadores de turismo de todo o mundo.

Novas negociações à vista

Em paralelo ao fortalecimento das divulgações do voo Maceió-Lisboa, outra negociação já está sendo conduzida pelo Governo de Alagoas com objetivo de expandir a malha aérea internacional. Desta vez, as tratativas são com a companhia Aerolíneas para uma possível conexão direta entre a capital Maceió e a cidade de Buenos Aires, na Argentina. A expectativa é de que a operação já seja lançada no início do próximo ano.

“Depois de um trabalho longo e intenso na conquista do voo com a TAP, agora é o momento de nos aproximarmos do mercado europeu para consolidar Alagoas enquanto destino ‘top of mind’ dos turistas internacionais. Enquanto espaço plural, democrático e dinâmico, a Feira nos possibilita estabelecer um relacionamento mais direto com importantes profissionais do setor turístico, desde hoteleiros, agentes de viagem até companhias aéreas, a exemplo da Aerolíneas, que atualmente é um potencial parceiro do Governo de Alagoas nas ações de crescimento da malha aérea”, ressalta o secretário de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo, Rafael Brito.
